Meet Tank

Meet Tank. Tank was our first furry friend we featured in our Meet "insert pet name here" series. It's not really a series but we all can pretend. Every time we meet a new fury friend and their family we like to share with you our friends and family.

We met Tank and his mom and dad Tom & Wendy in our first days of Full Time RV Living. We met this great family at Hudson Parcher County Park in Rainier, OR. Hudson Parcher is when we decided that we like staying in county parks. County parks are usually small and intimate. This County Park was great because it had full-hookups.

It was during the Fourth of July holiday that we stayed here. We were in the final steps of closing on our home and it was an easy 30 minute drive to get back to Scappoose to tie up loose ends. We also were able to spend the holidays with our friends Mary & Truett. Truett and Josh used to play in a band together back in the day. They live in the nearby town of Clatskanie. We had fun celebrating this holiday with them at Heritage Days in Clatskanie.

While visiting with Tom and Wendy, Tom introduced us to an app that we've using entitled Roadtrippers. This is a great app if your looking for a way to track where you've been or help planning your upcoming travels. Their website states its "the ultimate road trip planner to help you discover extraordinary places, book hotels, and share itineraries all from the map."

I think I'm having issues embedding the link to our trip, so just in case I took a screenshot of our trip thus far.

We have been so blessed to meet so many new friends on this journey, true friendships that will last a lifetime.
